How Our
Mission Began
In 1998, Royce began his career in the financial services industry with Renvest Financial Services, a family owned insurance and investment agency in Montgomery, AL. At that time, Renvest Financial Services was Montgomery’s first and only African American owned independent financial planning firm. RFS would go on to be recognized as the small business of the year in 2000 Royce’s tenure there. Royce’s experience at Renvest inspired his vision to start EIAT Wealth Management.
Royce has been asked to speak on financial literacy on many occasions. He enjoys helping families create a financial game plan for success. While he is passionate about designing and customizing financial plans to help families accumulate wealth, he is equally focused on offering solutions that protect families and their legacies.
Royce’s ultimate goal is not only to provide the best services for each individual client but also to ensure that the client is educated on financial literacy. Royce believes in balancing his family life and business. He enjoys spending quality time and creating lasting memories with his family.
His hobbies include exercising, reading, and playing golf. Community service is also just as important to him, as he has served as the PTA president at his children’s school during the 2011-2012 school year. His philosophy is to always give more than what is expected. This is the belief system behind the founding of EIAT Wealth Management.
